Shangguan Jing'er is one of the Three Grands of the Shenxiao Empire, holding the position of the Grand Chancellor, with the authority to oversee and impeach officials. She is highly intelligent and astute in governmental affairs. Since entering the court, she has been deeply trusted by the late emperor and has accompanied Crown Prince Xiang Ming as his guardian. Shangguan Jing'er treats Xiang Ming like a younger brother. Before the late emperor's passing, to prevent his only son from being manipulated by powerful lords and relatives, he appointed Shangguan Jing'er as the Grand Chancellor, granting her significant power to assist the emperor in handling state affairs and overseeing all officials. Shangguan Jing'er's initiating and follow-up skills provide Evade, stabilizing the early game and allowing for a smoother transition to Liu Feixue's power spike. This is particularly effective against mid-speed teams. Furthermore, the PDEF reduction from Collecting Evidence, in combination with the increased enemy DMG taken from Liu Feixue's Tidebreaker and Midsummer Supply's buff removal effect, goes well with Gongsun Yan's burst damage on the enemy with the highest COM. Together, they can effectively break through late-game lineups that rely on high COM or buffs to maintain their defense. With the EX Weapon, Phoenix Feather, attacks and DMG buffs can be applied to low-health targets at the same time, accelerating the battle speed. Even in unfavorable matchups against fast-paced teams that unleash their full power in the first turn, the Evade effect will still be able to provide fundamental protection.
Up against a team capable of granting Evade and inflicting Confuse, which subsequently creates a solid anti-fast-attack lineup, even when the enemy is equipped with anti-Confusion gear, they will still need to deal with the Evade effect. Through the MDEF reduction from Order Restoration, combined with the stable Magic output from Shen Ruoshuang's Fengshui Sigil > Heaven Sigil, mid-paced and fast-paced enemies can be effectively suppressed. With the PDEF and MDEF reduction from Collecting Evidence and Order Restoration, combined with Yang Ziyun's Warflame Ascendant for dual-target attacks and Cinderblade Flurry's finishing blow, the team can effectively counter fast-paced teams, quickly turning the tide of battle. Equipped with the EX Weapon, Phoenix Feather, the team can further enhance its ability to target low-health targets, allowing for an even smoother battle. However, due to the lack of protection provided by Evade, the team must secure early-to-mid-game victories using PDEF and MDEF reduction and Confuse—especially against rush teams. Conversely, they would face a disadvantage against opponents immune to status effects or those good at prolonged attrition battles.
